上了超過三星期，我直到昨天才上電影院去看。老實說，我事前對此片沒有太大期望。第一原因是 trailer 並不吸引，除了踢足球一 trailer 頗有趣，其他都有點悶。第二就是全港電影業大讓路並哭訴給BT趕上絕路令我厭煩不已，亦令對一切對電影的好評都有點懷疑。然而，沒有期望很多時反而有驚喜。在眾多周星馳的電影中，我最喜愛的一直是《國產零零漆》。其風格化、格調、人物刻劃和很多反諷都令我印們深刻。不過這次《功夫》在很多方面很好的效果，亦顯示周星馳在導戲方面又更上一層樓。

全片都有很統一的風格，有多個場面有明顯模仿 Matrix ，不過在動作設計及CG 方面都比 Matrix 好，加上作為喜劇，效果反而很好。很多動作場面設計不錯，頗喜歡五郎八卦棍大戰琴魔一幕。很多卡通化場面，但處理得不落俗套，效果很好。全片另一特色是用很多電影言語去描述及凝造做每一個場面，密度大得簡直刻意有點 over 。但反而加強了全片的卡通感，亦令全片節奏明快，減少無謂的筆足，效果奇佳。

似乎 2004 年金像獎最佳導演應已是周星馳的囊中物。

早幾天，香港各大傳媒都大事報導香港成為了全球首宗成功檢控 BT 盗版行為。這件事多少我為點哭笑不得。當然，報導亦提及 BT 為香港電影業帶來致命的打擊。亦當然，很多香港人都深知真正打擊香港電影業的是什麼？而令我感慨的是有沒有想過為什麼香港會成為全球首宗成功檢控 BT 盗版行為的地方。

記得上年差不多間傳出了微軟洩漏了 windoze 原碼的消息。網上有位人兄用了標題 “Kernel Source Here” 起了一個 Linux 2.6.2 原碼的 BT ，結果第二天他的連線就給 ISP 切斷了。

Finally, the full sets of Lord of The Ring Extended Edition (12 DVDs) was arrived! Wow! ^O^ And I have just finished the Extended Edition (EE) of Return of The King. After compared the price of the local edition and the amazon’s region 1 edition, I decided to order it from amazon before X’mas.

As many know, the EE of Return of The King add 50 mins more on the theatre edition. Many very short new scene have been added. The first long new scene I saw is the death of Saruman. While Peter Jackson don’t play the chapter of The Scouring of the Shire in the original novel, Saruman need to be died in Isengard. It’s hard to describe how amazing when I first saw the Minas Tirith in the theatre. The EE also add few more amazing shot of the great white city. Many shot are added to describe the thought of few characters, likes the self-abasement of Theoden, the guilt of Gandalf on sending Frodo to an impossible journal and the adamantine of Aragorn.

The one I would like to complain is the scene of the conversation between Eowyn and Merry. Eowyn was tried to take Merry to Gondor and hide in the Rohan army. However, she took off her helm during the conversation which let every body know a girl was in the army. Besides, the EE never explain why Denethor is so insane and even don’t mention that he also own a Palantíri. Another big bug is that it didn’t mention why all the horses disappear and the number of soldier drop a lot suddenly during Aragon fight in front of the Black Gate.

由《東邪西毒》開始看王家衛，算起來也差不多十年了。這次《2046》，感覺只能說不過不失，沒有一點驚喜，最少並不及王以往的作品般牽動我的情感，大概只能說是王電影的總集篇。結構和 《東邪西毒》，用一個人去帶出幾個人的故事，當中亦投影了自己。看著梁朝偉流了小鬍子，滑頭式笑容，不期然令人想起《東邪西毒》中的張國榮。大部份時間拍攝手法沿用了《花樣年華》的手法，故事亦刻意串聯 《阿飛正傳》和《花樣年華》中的人物，但未能真正連貫到那幾個人物。大概這只是一個點子罷了，王根本無心經營。或者令我最感到煩悶的是王近年作品把太多東西說得太白，這次更白得一點回想空間也沒有給觀眾。

早一陣子用 Gnutella 下載了堆 Zbigniew Preisner 的 Requiem for My Friend 專輯的 MP3 ，但一直沒有時間去靜心聽聽。直到昨晚才一路工作一路放，蠻喜歡。Zbigniew Preisner 為電影 La Double vie Veronique (港譯『兩生花』)所編的配樂是我個人最喜愛的電影原聲音樂之一。Requiem for My Friend 第一部份就是他為悼念其好友 Krzysztof Kieslowski (電影 籃白紅三部曲及兩生花的導演) 所編。

有留意其他新聞都知終於成功發現第十大行星 Sendra 。和冥王星一樣，Sedra 的軌道並非和其他八行星同一平面。

Sedna 本身是 Inuit (住在加拿大北部，即愛斯基摩人)神話中的女海神，亦掌管動物， 特別是海豹之類。而神話中，海豹、海獅及鯨魚是由 Sedna 的手指變成。

另一樣有趣的是 Lord of The Rings 會被改編成三小時半的音樂劇， 預計將在明天於倫敦公映。原著中有很多詩和短歌，改編成音樂劇也可能不 錯。不過 orkut 有不少人都覺得難以想像如 LoTR 變成意樂劇會變成怎樣， 有人亦不敢想像 Orcs 唱歌的情景。

另外，我在上周六把手上的 notebook ，換了 2.6.4 。

近排有太多事令我好唔開心，結果今日俾 yp 撩起條睇戲癮。開完 exco 會夜夜都一個人走去 睇十點半。還好撮戲拍得算不錯，反駁位係太多，但演導攝都好出色，張力夠，無乜冷。 睇完後心情好左好多。或者呢幾年，對我最有效消愁既方法係睇撮戲。起碼有一兩個鐘可以 放開個人既包袱，投入呢一個世界。撮戲好的話，完左諗下有乜好，有乜衰，有乜可以令我睇開。 最重要我覺得個段時間我係真正無負擔，真正做返自己，真正有自己既空間．

突然諗起算死草中，周星馳飾演既陳夢吉問佢佬婆孤單既英文係乜… 佢老婆答佢 “I love you”，跟著周就成晚大叫 I love you。哈，其實 有時當我地講 “I love you” 既時候，好多時根本只係 “I’m lonely” 既意思。

終於看了 “Beautiful Mind” ，大概是期望不同，始終覺得描述得不夠， 不過總算引起了我對 John Nash 的興趣，也在網上找了一些有關他的資料。

都有一排睇戲.. 上星期五、六就抽左時間睇在 蜀山同 ape planet 。 入得場睇蜀山都預左徐克會俾 d 乜野你..預左唔多需要理內容 .. so 成場戲當睇動畫咁睇。除左人之外.. 都幾難搵到邊度唔係畫出唻。

ape planet 自然因為 添布頓 .. 講真.. 同佢以前既作品比.. ape planet 無乜驚喜 .. 一貫 black humor .. 一貫玩野.. 搞下人猿戀 .. 睇下 d 觀眾接受程度有幾高.. 一如所料.. 人始終係人…..哈..

今日同朋友走左去睇《驚天 13 日》 (Thirteen Days).. Ummm.. 我自己幾鍾意.. 或者因為早前 睇 Internet 歷史個陣.. 小小意會到冷戰時期.. 美國人既處境.. 所以比較易入戲。 如果你地一 d 政治角力有興趣.. 呢套絕對係好正。

其實早排都同同一個朋友睇左《騎呢大帝》 (The Emperor’s New Groove) 。本身呢類片我平時都唔會入場，不過位老友話過癮，咁都無所謂咁一齊入場 ，估唔到都有d 驚喜。故仔一句講晒：老套。不過勝在夠底死，好多 gag 位都 好鬼過癮，睇到拍晒手掌。亦把破左我一向對香港電影配音既偏見。

一般來說，我很少在看一部電影前看影評。因為總覺得預先看了影評會限制了自己在觀看電影時的視野。不過看完後再去看影評就無妨，看看別人的觀感，試試以不同的角度去看一部電影是有趣的事。

Besides the fiction and a tech book, I also bought 2 VCD from a store near my home. One is 12 Nights and another is What dreams may come. I bought the former coz I was told by a friend that I like the charactor acted by Eason Chan. Really? I just think we are totally different style. Ummm.. may be my friend feel we are similar at first few part. Basically, I really don’t caught the meaning of the film. Is love really so easy to break up like that. Is the feeling of love can really gone so easy or suddently? Really I can’t understand. May be why you are crazy with someone just because you believe that you are really fall in love with him/her.

I have bought Carl Sagan’s Contact today. Indeed, I never finish a serious english fiction (Except those in book list of sec. school) although I have bought some in past. Hey, it is really painful if you need to ask help from your dict several for just a paragraph. Once I was really interesting on cyberpunk culture (Umm.. about 94-95) I have bought a electronic dict in order to minimize the pain and try to read Wiliam Gibson’s Neuromancer. But, of course, I have finually withdraw it before the end of the first chapter.

You can say that Contact is one of my favourite movies. I really love the main charactor - Ellie Arroway, acted by Jodie Foster. Coz it really reflect something about me. Especially when her professor Drumlin scolded her that her stubborn on SETI would only kill her career, She responsed, “So what? It’s my life!”.

昨天很任性地跑去看了一場戲 - American Beauty (美麗有罪) 。知唔知? 我唔開心個陣，其中一個很有效的解愁方法就一個人去看一場戲。細個個陣除非一d 真係引以我好大興趣既戲如 Tron 及一些日本動畫，我好少會主動走去睇。真至幾年前 (都六年了) 一生第一次大down ，我經常走堂，在街遊蕩，見到有戲上就睇。那段時間幾乎每一套在香港上的戲都看過。

點解鍾意睇戲? 唔 ….. 鍾意個種投入另一個世界，投入另一個人既故事的感覺。唔開心或鑽牛角尖個陣，用一兩個鐘既時間去睇睇另一個或一班人既生活，對比下自己個個。頓時人生好似多了點生氣，有時多了點啟示，感覺真好。轉一轉個 focus ，個人 relax d (even 看 很 tense 的戲) ，也易走出死胡頭。VCD? 電視? 帶? 咪啦，太自由，太易俾人 disturb ，好難有 feel 。

同其他人睇戲我又鍾意時不時望下人地既反應，Yeah… 前面都講過睇戲可以令人 relax ，投入另一個世界。呢個時候一個人既反應會比平時真好多。有 d 人會咬唇，咬手指，流淚，驚，笑。總之你會見到一個人既另一面。好有趣。

星期四阿 Cat 突然叫我得閒去剪髮.. 「咪係度扮木村拓哉….」 我打趣咁答我唔係想扮木村.. 只係諗住扮江口洋介… 佢個反應自然係我預料之中.. 我立即話當年《東京愛的故事》.. 江口洋介曾迷倒萬千少女… 哈..似乎一個角色真係好影響人個演員既形象。
